Jonathan was very friendly and informed me of what he was going to do before it was done. Also broke down what the cost an hour would be and how many hours it would take. The work took 2 hrs less than what he said so he saved me money by working very quickly. No wasted time standing around, he got right to it and did not stop till the work was completed. Also guessing the price was pretty fair, there was NO clock milking.

They called ahead to let me know when they planned to be there. (I was out of town) They showed up on time and worked all day and called to let me know the job was completed. I had problems with the new hot water heater about 10 days later and they showed up to repair it (had a bad heating element from the manufacture). They worked all day to make it right and did not charge me for that day's service/labor. I highly recommend Elite Plumbing and heating. Their work ethic is great!

I was in the process of moving into a house that had to have new gas hot water heater installed , cut off valve, etc., I also needed the old gas stove disconnected and new one connected along with new connectors, etc.. They were great and just a pleasure to do business with, working with them was the best part of the move. I have a few more projects that need to be done and will be using them in the near future.

I had a leak in the bathroom wall, they replaced part of the pipe , he showed me what the problem was and answered my questions. The price was reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

Very good. He showed up and we looked at water drainage together and knew that I had to move my above ground pool for him to get to pipes. He put a pump in pool to start draining it and his wife called. who was pregnant. She was on the way to hospital because of possible labor. He had to leave, but came back that afternoon as soon as his wife got to go home and fixed the well. We moved the pool the next day and he came back the next morning and fixed the pipe. He and his helper were great!!! Very professional and truthful. I will be calling back when I get the money to get pipes replaced.

Excellent! Always showed up when they said they would. Did an outstanding Job. They were by far the best contractors I had during the construction. Installed two water heaters on a recirculating system that keeps hot water at all the fixtures at all times They even cane on a Sunday to tie in the pluming to my shop for a sink and a toilet. I recommend these guy to everybody and all my referrals love them.

These idiots were hired by Service Experts (which I still like and use for my A/C) to install a $10,000 solar water heater, after 3 days of work ,that should have taken just 1 , IT LEAKS!!! And it has been leaking for over 2 weeks and they still refuse to fix it. My salesman came out and saw the leak and contacted the owner of elite plumbing (they give a 1 year warranty) on april 13 and still no one has fixed the problem. I will NEVER EVER use this company for any reason what so ever.

He was called, arrived in a timely manner, completed the work with professionalism and expertise and submitted a reasonable charge.
