Campbell Appraisals has provided real estate appraisals in Central and South Louisiana since 1994. We are FHA certified and have three licensed and certified real estate appraisers to handle all of your needs. We offer letter format home and land appraisals so you can be confident in the value of your home whether going through divorce or selling your home. We also appraise 1-4 unit multi-family dwellings such as duplexes and fourplexes, and vacant land. We cover multiple Central Louisiana parishes including, Allen parish, Avoyelles parish, Beauregard parish, and Evangeline parish, Grant parish, Lasalle parish, Natchitoches parish, Rapides parish, St. Landry parish, Vernon parish and Winn parish
