"My mom needed cleaning services so I reached out for professional help . One lady showed up on time very nice ,,, looked around then told my mom she needed to go get more supplies and never showed back up. Mom having a stroke March 2021 got behind on cleaning so yes it was a big job. The professional should have told my mom the job was to much for her to do. So my would not have sat around 2 hours waiting on the professional to come back. Mom called me so I contacted angi list to find out what was going on. Angie list said the professional removed herself from the house cleaning project. Please inform your customer you will not be doing the job. Don’t just have and never come back"
