+ -1 moreThey told us that we had a ten year warranty. And up until now we had not ran into any trouble with repairs but we are now being told that paperwork was not turned in for our warranty and our system is no longer under warranty at this time. We are now having to pay out of pocket for any repairs.
Description of Work: They installed a new system a couple years ago for us. We had them out in October to repair our exchange unit in our attic.
