I found termites in my tree in the back yard. Jeremy determined that the tree should be removed or it would eventually fall on my house. The crew was there within one hour of my calling and telling them I had the permit. They took the tree down and ground the stump. This whole process took just over an hour. My yard and the neighborhood look great. They cleaned the street in front of my house just before they left. I am very pleased with the work they did and would hire them again. Jeremy was correct, the inside of the tree was eaten out by termites.

The salesman came out to estimate the cost, we walked the yard and he gave me individual prices and package prices for the work I was considering. We set up a date that was about 3 weeks in the future. He was concerned about the tree that had been struck by lightning and said that since it was hurricane season, if it looked like our area would be impacted by a storm before our scheduled time he would have a crew come out and at least drop the tree so that it would not cause damage to my home. That didn?t happen, but it was a very considerate offer, and speaks to the character of the company. The scheduled date came, I was concerned because it had recently rained and worried about how the equipment would leave my yard. A crew of about 8 people came early that morning, and worked about 4 hours. They laid plywood down for the tractors and stump grinders to roll on. At the end my yard was missing a little grass, but there were no big ruts or anything and within about a month my grass was back and you?d never know they had been there. The ground where the tree stump was removed was left flat and graded with some woodchips apparent, but I was certainly satisfied. The oak tree they trimmed looks very nice. The miscellaneous tree I almost had removed because it looked so shaggy, but it now looks very nice, and I was glad I opted only to have it trimmed. The Crepe Myrtles looked good too. I would recommend these guys in the future.

They were professional, fast, and provided a great price right off the bat. On the day of the work, Tech Trees brought out a team of about 6-8 guys to complete the job. I was amazed by their efficiency! I don't think I have ever seen yard work get done so quickly. Within 2 hours (MAX) the entire job (including debris removal) was complete. I have added before and after photos of the job. The pictures don't quite do amount of work justice.

The crew arrived when they said they would and immediately got to work. Everyone knew their job and worked together efficiently and safely. These were not easy trees to take down, large short and long leaf pines very close to my house. They completed the work as promised with no damage to my property. In fact, they carefully raked all areas after they finished. I could not be more pleased. If you need tree work done you could not do better than Tree Tech! I am not easy to please, but they exceeded my expectations.

They did a fabulous job. Arrived on time to provide the estimate, were professional and competent in the work that they did, did what they said they would do at a very reasonable price. Couldn't ask for anything better.

Very professional company and very good at what they do with minimum hassle. Job took less than 30 minutes, wood was cut to 18" lengths & stacked where I wanted. Workers very polite & business- like. I would highly recommend Tree Tech for their tree cutting services.

Not much to tell. Called on Thursday afternoon, made an appointment for an estimate on Friday morning. Boss was there exactly on time. Estimate was to my satisfaction and we shook hands on the price. He said the crew would be there in an hour. Crew was there 30 minutes later, job and clean up took about 30 minutes. Crew had a boss and 4 workers. They all did something. It was a well oiled machine, did a great job of trimming and cleaning up. So happy I called them. I had another tree service recommended to me who I called twice who never returned my calls. To me, that's the kiss of death to a business - answer your d*** phone or you're going to die.. Tree Tech answered the phone on the 3rd ring, and they're the ones who got the business.

We just recently moved into our present home, and the large pecan tree dominated our humble back yard because it had been allowed to overgrow and become unruly. However it was producing pecans so we did not want to take it down. We got estimates from two companies. We picked the lower priced estimate, and set a date to have the work done. The date was cancelled a coupe of times, and communication was poor....Calls to me were not made as arranged, so I became skeptical and cancelled my order. I called Tree Tech and they said they could do the job on a certain day and even though they had a huge job to do on the north side of the lake, they came down to Jefferson as arranged and did the job early in the day. I felt the small extra cost was more than worth the work that was done. They followed through as promised, and did a great job with their crew of 5! They were quick, thorough, and neat....Cleaned up so you would not know they had been there! Would surely use them again if I have a need.

Nice and professional! We did not hire for the job but they are definitely a good quality company. Price was the same as two other company's, which tells me it was fair.

I choose Tree Tech solely based on the good reports from Angie's List. I could not have been more impressed with this company. They are very professional and their work was outstanding. Jeremy and Mark came out to give an estimate for all the work that I needed. They leave you with a copy of their current insurance that coves their work. Their degree of care and expertise was over the top. The team that showed up was right on time and extreme polite. The quality of their work was more than I could have ever hoped for. My trees had enormous roots and the stumps were way above ground level. Tree Tech removed the stumps so that the ground was level where the trees were. I am extremely pleased with the excellent work. When they were done they left my yard all clean. The yard was raked and driveway was blowed clean also. When they are finished, they do a walk through with you to ensure that everything is exactly the way you wanted. There were other things I added that they were happy to do for me with no extra charge. They go the extra mile to ensure that you are totally happy with their work. The degree of care was so amazing to me. The bottom line is that this company was far above my expectations. The owner and all of his employees were caring and extremely good at what they do. They are the best of the best. They are a delight to work with. I highly recommend them.

Great, they were here when they said, took the amount of time they estimated for the quoted charges and the cleanup was excellent. Responded immediately to request for estimate also. Very professional, friendly and courteous. Would not hesitate to recommend or to hire again for any future work. Price was not bargain basement, but it was fair for the work done.

Jeremy and another gentlemen came to look at three trees that were dead or dying. I asked them to assess the remaining pine trees on my lot and we agreed on another 8 pine trees that posed a threat to my home due to the condition of the trees. I didn't feel as though they were pushing to me to cut more than I thought was necessary. Both men were polite, courteous and on time. Jeremy came to inspect the job after and to ask if I was pleased. I was impressed with how clean my yard was left; especially when you consider the huge trees that they removed in one day. There was very little evidence of the machinery used to remove the tress on my lawn.

Jeremy contacted me within a couple hours of my inquiry. He was courteous, respectful, non-pushy and willing to make sure we had the best time possible for estimate. He showed up on time. His suggestions were honest and helpful. Price quoted was great. The day of the big excavation, crew arrived promptly. I was in contact with supervisor and had peace of mind the entire duration of project. Dereck one of the tree crew was particularly awesome. He put up with my annoying banter and questions like a pro. The job was completed as promised and I was pleased beyond my expectations. They were all fabulous. They were good. They showed up when they said they would and did a good job. We were very pleased with the quality of their work. When we asked them to do a couple of other things they did that and didn’t charge extra. The price was much better than some of the other estimates that we got. They were responsive. We really liked the owner of the company and we felt like he was very good. We would definitely use them again in the future.

while I was away on business my wife noticed a tall pine tree in our front yard that had suddenly started leaning. If it fell it would damage the power lines that serve our neighbors and also block the street. She called several tree trimmers, but really felt comfortable with Tree Techs. They came right away and did a wonderful job. They also removed removed 5 other trees and trimmed up a couple of others. I thought that the price was very reasonable and the service was done very quickly. I like working with Pros and these guys are Pros in every sense of the word! I will definitely use them again!

The workers arrived on-time and ready to work. They came in and cut down 3 dead trees. The workers cleaned up the mess and there was no debris left in the yard. As they were getting ready to leave, a worker used a leaf blower to clean up our driveway. Would definitely recommend.

Crew was scheduled to start at 8 am and arrived at 7:50 a.m. (I love punctual!!) The seven trees we had contracted to remove were all very large (50+ foot) pine trees and within ten to fifteen feet of the house. During the removal, the crew took precautions to ensure our house & windows were safe. The job took about 7 hours to complete including grinding the stumps and above-ground roots. Our yard was left in excellent condition with few wood chips and zero branches or timbers. Every member of the crew was courteous. Given the terrific service, a job well-done and a great cleanup job, the price was extremely reasonable. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending this company and plan to use them again in the future.

Terrible. They made a huge mess of the yard, didnt clean up after themselves at all, left tons of shredded stumps over a large area...they worked it one day while i wasnt home, then by the following day, a WEEKEND morning, they're at my house trying to get paid and blowing up my phone. I made them at least rake up some of the mess, but there are still huge ruts on my property. Don't use these guys. RPR and LAMen are both better.

The work performed was excellent. The company arrived on time and in force with all the necessary equipment to begin work. The crew took extra care to remove items from the area which could be damaged by the tree work and conferred with us on several occasions to ensure that the work performed was exactly what we wanted. They ground the stumps out below grade and back filled the holes with the mulched grindings. They even performed a couple of 'extras' at no charge. Work proceeded safely and efficiently and all the work was completed the same day it was scheduled. We had another contractor on site performing concrete work in the back yard. The Tree Tech crew coordinated with my other contractor and organized their activities so that the other contractor could continue to work efficiently as well. I am very satisfied with the job performed and the customer service provided by Andy Davis and his crew at Tree Tech. I believe they are worthy of your consideration for tree removal and arborist services.
