Mr Rick returned call in less that 1/2 hour. set up an appointment that was convenient for us. he showed up within the 1/2 hour appt. window. he explained what he would be doing and answered all questions asked. he was very careful to contain all soot and cleaned up thoroughly after. being first time fireplace owners he offered many tips upon our request. we will certainly use him again and have already recommended him to a neighbor.

They were very prompt. I set up a date and they showed up on that date. The owner of the company came to do the sweep and he was in uniform. He was very polite and patient. I asked him hundreds of questions and he answered them all. The first thing he saw was my flute was open and he asked me how long that had been open. He showed me how to operate the flute and then he did a great job in cleaning up the chimney. He put things around the chimney and then went on top of the roof and cleaned up there and checked that out to make sure that was all good. Then he came down and did a thorough cleaning of in-the-house chimney. His price was very reasonable too.
