Trosclair Small Construction is a good guy to work with. He is very responsive. You tell him what you want and he can envision it. He makes recommendations about what will work and what is not going to work and he just keeps busy. He is dependable; works seven days a week. He has an old-time way of doing business (though he is young); does quality work.
He is here a lot because of the self contract work and I join him in the work.Once I told him and quot;You really are an artistand quot;, and he was taken aback because he is a working guy. I don't think that they have a look at themselves as an artist but his wood work, the quality of his work, finishing and everything; he just takes pride and care in what he does; you don't find much nowadays. All the different things that he does, you know I could never do! And that for me is talent; that is some art to be able to do that. We think of art as being painting or sculpting, singing or whatever but it takes something to make a place like our bathroom and kitchen, which were terrible, to turn it into something that's nice that you like it; that you take pride in, you know that takes an artist.
We were able to get a One-stop-shop in Trosclair Small Construction. Everything was excellent.
