+ -1 moreYoung's didn't clean the rug although they had it for two weeks. They did admit that something had gone wrong. We were having company and needed it back quickly - they did accomodate that time line, but offered no compensation such as a discount on the cost or a discount on future jobs.
Description of Work: I had dog urine on a very large rug. I asked Young's if they could remove this odor, they said they could, they picked up the rug, returned it a couple of weeks later. When the two young men removed the plastic bag from the rug, the urine odor was overwhelming. They seemed embarrassed and admitted that the rug probably had stayed in the warehouse for two weeks without being cleaned. Young's took the rug back and returned it two days later. At that time, the odor was gone.

+ -1 moreThey did not do a very good job. They sent my $1200.00 comforter back dirty with a lot of other items that were still dirty or destroyed. They used bleach on my blue jean Ralph Lauren curtains. I would not recommend them at all. They have yet to call me back. They’re out of New Orleans.
Description of Work: They were to clean everything from my house after it had caught fire.
