We hired White Star Commercial in mid 2022 to run a new main water line and update the sprinkler system at a commercial property in New Orleans. It was a bad decision. They demanded a large deposit up front & kept demanding more money before the work was done. Very unprofessional service, several months behind schedule, and non responsive to compete the work. It is Feb. of 2023 and the job is still not complete. Phone calls are not returned. It has been a nightmare dealing with this company.

Worst experience of my life. Took them 4 months to start on the roof. They never mediated the damages so it rained inside the entire time causing more damage to the decking and the interior. When they did the roof in january, they put the wrong shingles and then didn't have enough to finish. I was promised to at least get the correct shingles, they decided against that and the roof is still unfinished today. They put the roof on and didn't fix the rafters. The work they did has to be totally redone. Things were stolen out of my home as i was trying to get them out (Police reports on file). I was told i would be refunded my deposit but they only gave me half. That won't cover a new roof or the additional damage. And its still raining inside. Complete waste of time and money. After practically losing everything, I've now lost more. This commercial company should stick to businesses and leave the residential work to residential contractors.
