Description of Work: I have had no contact whatsoever with this provider and know nothing about them. This review request was repeatedly sent to me in error by Angies List who is apparently a very mistake prone organization.

 + -1 moreHe was able to approach the problem using the kiss method. It was simple and easy for the contractor to make the standby repairs until the permanent solution could be delivered. Kind, and no nonsense, attention to detail was appreciated after dealing with a Terrible Terrazzo contractor at American Tile and Terrazzo the day before. I would hire Walter again in a heartbeat.
Description of Work: We have a roofing concern and needed help on how to work with an earlier renovation. Apparently. An old renovation was performed that had some desirable features, but was not completely structurally sound. Walter found solutions for my contractor and architect to use to improve the house structure.

 + -1 moreWalter was very knowledgeable and helpful. He patiently answered all of our questions, and had interesting insights about the history of our house. The inspection cost considerably less than other companies quoted us, and we found Walter pleasant to work with. Would highly recommend!

Description of Work: He determined whether a wall in my house was load bearing, which it is. And, he instructed my contractor on how to remove the wall and create a support. He also inspected my house to determine if the piers under the house were stable. And, he advised me on the possibility of adding a second floor to the back of my house. He was extremely knowledgable and professional. I highly recommend him.
