 + -1 moreActually hired Keith Bryan from Craigslist. He gave me a quote that sounded good. First day he actually showed up he did a fraction of the work, took me for half of the money, and eventually stopped responding to my texts and calls. Always had an excuse for not showing up. I did a bit more digging and others on CL have had the exact same issue with this guy. He's not reliable, dependable, and will take your money and run.
Description of Work: Insulation installation in attic.

 + 0 moreI would say that they are Master Craftsmen. They take pride in their work. They will give you an honest and fair assessment as to how much it will cost upfront. There are never any surprises. They are a little expensive but well-worth it. I would use them again and I have recommended them to others as well.
Description of Work: I have used Uptown Restoration for furniture re-finishing and repair services. They have re-done a table and repaired some antique chairs for me. Several different projects. My last project about a month ago, costed 1000 dollars but it was well-worth the money on the piece, because I got the piece for next to nothing because it was in disrepair and by putting the money into it, it's worth twice that much now.
