 + -1 moreI booked the first hour of my work day around our appointment. 15-20 minutes after he was supposed to arrive I called him and he said he was, "running a little late", which he could not even bother to take the time to call and tell me. He asked if he could come later that day. I told him that would not work into my schedule and he said that was fine and hung up the phone.
Description of Work: I called his phone and he answered by saying, "hello". I was not even sure I dialed an actual company. I had to ask him about his services. He did not even want to describe them to me.

Description of Work: I contacted George to come give me an estimate. He arrived on time and was very thorough, I hired him to do a general "clean up" prior to doing normal maintenance on a regular basis. We scheduled a date and time; however, he called to state he had trouble with his equipment and we rescheduled for Monday, the 27th. He stated he would be here between 8-9 AM, which was good. He never showed up, nor did he call until 10:25AM to say he was "running late" because of problems with his "old truck". I told him I was sorry this wasn't going to work out, as I needed someone who was very reliable and dependable. He replied,"Fine, then find someone else." I said OK and goodbye."

 + 1 moreI met the guy from the company only when he came to give the quote. I haven?t seen him since then because he comes and does the work. He then sends me a bill. He gave me the quote in the last month. They come twice a month on schedule and they will come additional times if I request. I have a relatively small front as well as backyard and I don?t have a lot of grass. They have been punctual. I don?t see them. They come, go and do a great job which is good. I would use their services in the future too.
Description of Work: I use the services of The Personal Gardener for my lawn and yard work. They trim the hedges and the grass. They also do weed control and debris removal.
