 + -1 moreAdam Terrell was great to work with. He was professional, and worked to get the job done. He rescheduled due to not feeling well, but I was OK with that. He informed me of his projected arrival time. He accomplished the things I wanted done, and installed (at my request) remove software, so that he could perform future work for me remotely. I love the remote function of computer technology. I have had numerous technicians help me fix computer problems remotely, and believe that this a very helpful solution to getting things evaluated and fixed. I will definitely use The Computer Doctor in the future if I need computer assistance. He was very reasonable and very professional!
Description of Work: Transferred programs and files from old to new computer, installed new virus software, erased old hard drive. I had purchased PC Mover to transfer my files, but the software would not install correctly on the new computer. I spent hours on the phone with tech support, with no resolution of the problem. Adam Terrell was able to make the software work, transfer the files I wanted transferred, erased my hard drive securely and updated by security protections.

They solved the problem rather quickly. I am impressed with their overall efficiency and time they took to explain what they did, why or why not.

Description of Work: My PC wouldn't boot. After fighting with it for several hours, I called the Computer Doctor. I was surprised that he was even available on the weekend, but Adam Terrell was extremely courteous and responsive. He came out right away, picked up the PC, and called within a few hours to report. I had the PC back and working Monday evening, and he only charged $60.
