Low-ball of three estimates (initially about $1800) but blamed suppliers for increase in costs. Suppliers contacted angrily denied increase. Performed work extremely slowly (3-4 months, dozens of phone calls required), clogged outlet drain with work debris and refused responsibility. Shoddy finish. Demanded immediate payment despite problems with threat to place lien on house otherwise. Just horrible throughout.
