+ -1 moreIt was a nightmare from beginning to end. The truck also leaked and damaged items that of course they did not replace.
Description of Work: They have nothing to do with the real Starving Students moving company. But they are famous for the bait and switch; when everything is loaded up and you're ready to go, they'll threaten to double the estimate or put your stuff on the street. They are thieves and liars. Avoid at all costs.

+ -1 moreIt was actually a lady and her son moving for us as she had just fired her worker and they had hired some teenager to help them. The teenager kept falling on top of the furniture on him as it was heavy and he had bleeding in several place. It was a horrible experience. We were lucky that they didn’t break the furniture but injured the worker. He was wearing big shoes that were untied and he kept falling down. He was falling down and was holding on in such a way that the furniture would come on him. They were expensive and I just took a chance. Obviously it didn’t work out.
Description of Work: We used Starving Student Moving Co. for moving my mother in the end of July.
