Good job. Not the most personable guy but did what he showed up to do and did it very well. Very pleased with his work.

I was 10 minutes late because I got a little lost. However, Roman was gracious and made me feel right at ease. He was very professional. He reviewed what was needed to be done, the agreed price, and how long it would take. Since I had to wait for the work to be completed, he said I could change the TV station and pointed out where I could get a complimentary soda. I relaxed on the comfortable sofa and read my book. The time went fast and I was very pleased with the work. My car was very clean and did not have any debris. Roman explained what I may expect while the tinting cured but to come back if any problems came up. I was not happy I had to have the work done but was very happy with how fast and painless It was.

According to the owner Chris Daigle "If you are going to complain about these things [he] will just give you a refund." Apparently leaving debris between the window and film is according to Chris a normal and accepted result when they apply films at Snappy Tint. To me the 2 weeks they tell you to wait for the bubbles to settle is more of a ploy to get folks to forget about the tint and it's defects. In addition to the bubbles and debris they left in the film and would/could not fix they initially left residue streaking down the side of my car's exterior and interior. Chris had agreed to provide some free services for the inconvenience but when I brought the car in to show him the tint issues he was unapologetic and upset that I was complaining about their work. He spent a total of 30 seconds looking at the defects before concluding he would just remove the tint. I suggest to take your business somewhere that the owner and staff care about quality and are professional enough to apologize and try and make right their shortcomings. I'll try and add the photos if it'll let me. Otherwise see Google review. Update: As I was waiting in the front area for Chris to take my car back I heard Chris ask Cindy if "that ******* is still here." Being a little concerned now for a total lack in professionalism and volatile mood of this guy I asked Cindy if she could get Chris so I could talk to him again. I told Chris I heard he thinks I'm an ******* but I'm not sure why or what I've done. He said I've been an ******* since I first came in because I was trying to extort his business. To be clear I had contacted Chris and Cindy about the residue that was left on my car because I was going to post a review and just leave it be but it seemed unfair if I don't reach out and see if they wanted to right the issue (no I didn't ask for anything Chris offered some free protective film.) Wanting to give the public an honest review is therefore extortion in his mind. Anyway after telling Chris I didn't want him working on my car and I rather take my car elsewhere for removal I asked for my keys to which he told me to call the cops. After a **** off by him, he threw me my keys and I left. Don't know what else I can say that this experience doesn't already.

They were prompt and work completed timely Tint and security film was installed perfectly.

They did a great job. Always on time for appointments, no hidden extra charges, thorough explanation of process and a very nice looking finished product.

Prompt estimate and scheduling by Chris and excellent professional installation by Peter. By comparison, we had a lot of this work done by other providers when we lived in Houston. Snappy Tint was excellent start to finish.

Great! Beautiful job with no bubbles. Ramon was very professional and did great work. Snappy Tint has a heat lamp display that lets you test how much heat passes through the tint they carry. The crystalline tint was the most expensive, but it works great. It blocks heat far better than the darker ceramic tint I had before.

The drive-in from Baton Rouge is worth it for the job done. The car looks great, glare problems are gone, and heat rejection is great too. I now know why Snappy Tint has the excellent reputation and great reviews that it has. They offer a great product, and are very customer focused. The people are very professional and the waiting area was very clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi, satellite tv, soft drinks, and a restroom are available. I want to point out something that is very telling for me; I had a small issue a couple of weeks after the work had been done. They told me to bring it in, we reviewed the issue and they promptly addressed it with no questions asked. Upon completion, Ramon (sp?) told me to let them know if any other issues occur. For lifetime warranties you want Customer Service "after" the sale just like that. As for how the process went, I discussed what I wanted and why I wanted it. The guys made very good suggestions on how to get what I wanted. We scheduled a time and I drove in from Baton Rouge. Thank You

From start to finish everything went well. We set an appointment, walked in and waited briefly while product was installed. We are very happy with the service and the product, and would definitely recommend to anyone. Staff was very knowledgeable and pleasant.

The owner was super nice. He showed me the different kinds of tint offered but he was not pushing one kind over another. I ended up getting the tint that reducing some of the heat from the sun. So 2 front windows & visor tint for my 2015 Acura MDX took 25 minutes - start to finish. I scheduled an appointment and he started on time. He even gave me some window cleaner & cloth.

Chris did a fantastic job of recommending and installing a very fine quality of window film in my Camry. This greatly helped to make summer driving in Louisiana much more bearable. It was well worth the investment.

I called the owner, Chris Daigle, yesterday morning. He was on another job on the west bank, and was able to get to my house in Terrytown, the same afternoon. Now you know why the business is called, "Snappy Tint." Chris had everything he needed with him. It took less than 30 minutes to complete the job. I am delighted with the results. I am especially pleased that I can sit on the sofa in the den and see everything outside while no one can see inside.

Chris Daigle only schedules automobile window tinting on Saturday. If you can wait that long, it's worth the wait. The results are excellent. Its been a week since the installation, still no visible defects. And he guarantees the work. He has a variety of tint film material and shades available. So he can match what you have, or fix you up with the newer film. The receipt can be printed or transmitted electronically That allows for getting documentation, filing it, and passing it to others (like an insurance company) instantaneously. No need to waste paper and postage, or burn time. But you have that option if that's what you like. You can haggle, too, if you like. He gave me a cash discount. As a senior citizen, I enjoy that. The real bonus is location. The front door at Snappy Tint is less than 600 steps from a 20 auditorium theater that is Imax 3D capable. So instead of a boring wait; I had a pleasant stroll and saw GRAVITY in Imax #D. That would be worthy of a review for itself. But that location is a great, but unadvertised, advantage Snappy Tint has over local competition. There are stores and some very good dining nearby, as well. You can have your windows done while you take advantage of the slack time.
