+ -1 moreSantacruz Construction has completed several jobs for me. Pete and his son Junior went above and beyond to find a persistent leak in my roof. They started the job one day after I accepted the quote. They finished quickly and cleaned up after the job. Pete provided pictures of all work as it was progressing. They did this for all 3 projects. They have my highest recommendation!
Description of Work: Santacruz Construction did several projects for me. Major roof repair, exterior siding replaced and repaired, replaced rotted windows and sealing of windows, gutter downspout added, front deck/balcony painted and sealed.

+ 1 moreThe bricks of my home were separating from the foundation. My home was literally falling apart and I had lost hope of having it repaired. They repaired and re-bricked the troubled area of my home , built a new stand for my central air unit, built a chain wall on the side of my home, which prevented water from going underneath and did electrical work. Everything was completed professionally by exceptionally skilled craftsman! The work is exceptional!
