Service was late on arrival. Left once during the 2.5 hour job. Biggest problem was 240$/ hour labor bill, supplies not included.

Our son had Saia Plumbing replace a sewer line a few months ago that was between his house and the street. The job went well so I called Saia to replace a broken sewer line under our house. I like that Mike Saia gave me a very detailed, broken down price quote. The guys who did the work (and this is incredibly hard work) arrived right on schedule, dug very carefully, tunneled under our house, replaced the pipe, and restored the area so well that it doesn't even look like anything was done there. Mike is very easy to work with, and quickly responded to texts and calls. I absolutely would hire them again.

Mike Saia returned our call within 3 minutes after we called on a Saturday morning. He and his son were at our house within an hour. Could not get a video inspection because the pipes were underwater so he suggested I pay him to use a snake (wich was another $235.00 or so on top of the $240.00 for video inspection) could not snake out the clog and still charged me for snake and video inspection and I got no video inspection of the pipes cause they are filled with water and still clogged

"For one this is not even an angies list customer and if you look at all his reviews on google, Yelp, etc they are all different changing the story because he’s mad. For one he requested the video when we explained to him the line was flooded and would have no visual on the camera we located the problem in his line anyway. And he requested we try to unclog it with a snake. We have him a price to fix the issue but he wanted to take the matter in his own hands and then got mad when we wouldn’t come out to help him for free immediately, we we’re available later in the day but customer hung up and proceeded with what you see now him and his wife/gf."

I was overcharged for the work done (a minimal drain router). The problem returned about a week later, and when called again, I was told that their warranty extends for one day only. I was overcharged for a second minimal cleaning, and when I asked for an internal video to show the pipe, they quickly put a camera in, did not view the pipe, and did not offer to show me, but wanted to charge me for it. Unprofessional and overpriced for the job received. I will clean my own pipes from now on.

"Yes we did show you you were right there we also offered you a copy of the video and told you both times that the line was broken. We have a video of this customers house on our Facebook and YouTube of this mans clean out exploding with paper, wipes, etc because they had it so choked full of material on top of a break and he wanted it done for free over 7 days later! https://youtu.be/LWn65-DIAFk here you can see how full of junk his line was. This was not a “minimal drain rooter”"

After calling Saia, Mike and an associate came over the next morning. He updated my water line to make it ready for the fridge installers that would be there later. Mike even called back that afternoon with a followup. I have never had a contractor call with a follow up. The price was very reasonable, super prompt scheduling, and everything is working great. I would definitely hire him again. He takes great pride in his work; something that is rarely seen nowadays.
