+ -1 moreCalled to line up appointment to get an estimate to install standby generator at my home - no one called back. Called again and set up appointment. No one showed up, no phone call, no email, nothing. I view this poor response to potential customers as an indicator of problems down the road so I have taken my business elsewhere
