Rashad was very friendly, knowledgeable and made sure I understood all options available for me. He offered me different pricing options to go with my budget but also made sure I got the most bang for my buck. Even we above and beyond and convinced the parts supplier to give me an extended warranty on my new unit.

Rashiad A/C was on time. Very knowledgeable of repairs that needed to be performed. Quite professional in work performance and dealing with customers. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of A/C work.

Paid $80 for a service call. He found that my communicating thermostat was 'dead' because my AC condensate line was clogged and the condensate level sensor had disconnected power to the thermostat. I was happy it was not an expensive problem.
