They do not honor their contracts and add false items on to their pricing without from the homeowner permission. On the 19th of October, work was started on my home's roof. By Saturday, they had torn off the roof for the main house and the garage and started to place the shingles. When I returned from work at 3 pm, there was no one working. The whole weekend goes by there was a big storm on sunday. Monday I come home from work to find that my ceiling in my second bedroom had fallen in and water was everywhere. I called to advise someone in the company what had happened and my insurance company. On Friday the 30 of Oct. I got a call saying that in a few hours the job would be complete and that I owed them 950 more dollars then the original contract due to wood used on the garage. The Garage sat completed since 28th along with the rest of the main roof. There was no mention of any extra charges so I began to question it. The Phone call ended and 15mins later I was called back about a fire that was put out at my house. It happened when the roof was torched down. I went home to inspect my home and found the ceiling in the first bedroom upstairs ripped out and water on the floors where they Had put out the fire. I found rotted wood under the patio where they were supposed to remove the old flat roof. I told them I would not pay until the project was completed properly. The 2nd of November, they ripped open spots on the flat roof and mangled the roof with patch work. It is still leaking to this day. They caused 2 major leaks and a fire within days of one another. They forced me to file two insurance claims (water and fire) and they cost thousands of dollars worth of damage to my home. They then threaten me with collections and civil suits. They Claimed the work on my home was completed on 2 different dates but the leak on my patio is still there to this day. The Site manager refused my request to see my roof himself. I AM Fed up I told them to never set foot on my property again.

Pricing was very high for the project. I'm still getting water in a wall I was having issues with prior to the installation, so I'm not sure they're beneficial or not. ?The owner of the company did come back and identified 3 boards that were missing on the balcony and that's where the water was coming from in the wall. ?There was no way that was the location. ?He said it would take another $1,500 to replace. ?When I questioned his pricing of the ridge vents he became very angry that I was told the vents could have been installed for half as much. ?I didn't have them do that work.

They did a nice job. However, my impression was that the price was a little high for the job they did. In any case, they did a nice job.

Great service although price seemed high they were very experienced and professional and completed more tasks than any other companies quoted our felt comfortable completing. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again.

Good experience. Roofers knew their business. Owner was on-site and work was well done. No complaints.
