I will clean your ( B@B ) ( HOME ) ( OFFICE ) ( CONDO ) or anything else that you need cleaned. and I work ( 6 Days A Week ). I do only charge ( $ 20.00 ) an hour and my price is always the same no matter how big your home is or the job is. My name is Dave Joshua and you can always reach me at this number anytime (504 )--495--4510. I also do all ( Moving In And Out Cleaning ) and I can do ( Next Day Service ) if I have ( Enough Notice. All I ask is that you have all of the ( Necessaery Cleaning Supplies ) as well as a ( broom , Vacuum, and mop ) for i would not want to ( Contaminate ) your home by useing the same things that I have just used in someone else's home. I am very busy so it is always best to call me for I do not always get around to checking my e-mail (thanks). I do work in all of the ( Bywater, F.Q. Maringy, City Park areas ) and the Carrollton,Garden and Esplanade Areas also.

I do all windows inside and out ----all baseboards----all ceiling fans----ovens----frig. sweep---vacuum, mop,----I clean behind and under everything when I clean---- shake out all rugs----dust everything----dust and wipe down all pictures on the walls--- wash, dry, and fold all dirty clothes----wash dry----all dirty dishes----- clean all bathrooms from top to bottom-----knock down all cob webs-----wipe down walls if needed. change and remake all beds----I even do ironing for you.

Description of Work: Clean bathrooms and tile floors of empty house- general clean rest of house.agreed on 2 people for 4 hours for approx $400. Arrived 45 mins late, 2nd person left for an hour after arriving, did not speak English, brought a very sick child with them

He is very pleasant and he does the work. He is a person that I can trust to have in the apartment with the tenant's things. He is a very good worker and he is professional. I will continue to use him over and over and I would recommend him.
