PandA came out and tarped roof after storm for no charge. Came on time and did great work. I would definitely hire them again.

Great! Paul came to assess the leak within 24 hours of my call. He looked at both interior leak area on ceiling, in attic, and at exterior area on the roof. He determined that leak was not an ongoing problem but a minor one time leak caused by pressure washing of the roof done recently. He recommended I just Kilz and repaint the ceiling. He was here 20 minutes but very kindly did not charge me anything for his inspection and advice :) Attentive, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Paul, and I will definitely call for future all-around house repair needs!

Two times I had appointments scheduled with Panda Restoration. His scheduling of appointments and sending meeting invitations seem very professional. However, both times I drove from an hour away to meet him at the location and he never showed up. He gave me reasons why, but after the first time, I expected him to not cancel the second appointment. This was very inconvenient.

Worst experience ever. This character shows when he feels like it, took money up front, 1000 dollars in fact and it was all down hill from there. I paid the balance while I was on the telephone after he said he was finished. After I had paid him, I realized the works was terrible, painting was amateur hour, paint all over doorknobs, his workers were in training and he rushed them to get out and on to the next. They damaged my vintage trailer by leaning doors against it, they made mess creating issues with my neighbor with the power wash. He still has not completed the job and was resentful I found his promotional rate on the internet of 40 hours with a licensed contractor for 2000 dollars. It takes a lot before I leave a bad review, I gave him time to cure, he kept claiming his workers were coming back...I'd say close to 35 texts later and weeks going by, my patience is expired. I feel compelled to warn others...DO NOT PAY THIS GUY UPFRONT, you will never see him for another three weeks if ever. No one is trained you could get the same help in the Home Depot Parking lot. THE WORST.

I give PandA Restoration an A plus!! It was hard searching through all the typical companies that want to charge exorbitant rates, perform mediocre work, and don’t really care about the customer. I was happy to find PandA, which exceeded all expectations by far. Paul was the first person to email me, was in close contact with me daily, and went over and beyond to work with me on the price (which ended up being about half of what other contractors wanted). He was honest, hardworking, fair, and delivered outstanding results. From now on, I will be contacting PandA only for ALL of my home’s restoration and repair needs.

Called and scheduled an appointment(s) for a quote and explained the work we needed and estimated. Day of the appointment they where a no show. Called and text several times and eventually got a call back. They said they forgot and rescheduled for Monday or Wednesday the following week. That Monday came and went with no response from Paul via text. It is now Wednesday afternoon and still have not received any response. We have been trying to have Paul come out since 4/20/20 today is 4/29/20. Panda Restoration has wasted our time. They must not want our business or care about their customers.

Paull Soufas and his giys did a great job. They were on time and on budget. Replaced a skylight and re-shingled the roof in 1 day. Then took time to make sure the interior cleaning and sheetrock touchup and painting around the skylight were just right. I will call Paul for any general repairs, maintenance or building I need.

Paul, came out right away to give me an estimate. Once I agreed to the terms, I gave them a date in which he was able to work with me. He showed up on time completed the project perfectly. Definitely will use them on my next project.

I am impressed with their response time for emails, phone calls and "showing up on time, for our scheduled appointments". More importantly, I am very happy with their work. They did a great job and cleaned up the area nicely. I would definitely call on them again.

They did a nice job. It's really made a big difference on particularly hot days.

Excellent and no problems

Original contract was to fix some termite damage, renovate two bathrooms, a bedroom, and replace the floor of the kitchen. As they got into the work, they found that the termite damage was not as bad as feared, but the roofer did not flash properly which caused other damage. They were very flexible, and I added on to the renovation for complete painting, floor replacement, gutter cleaning, and other damage remediation. We had the usual issues of delays and time management, which created contractual payment problems. In the end, it all worked out and the job got done. I would tell the contractor to make sure he sets proper time expectations, and make sure things are completely spotless when the job is complete. I would use them again for sure, though.

I purchased a roof maintenance package on Angies List. I was met promptly at my house for an evaluation. Upon brief inspection it was established that I would not need a full evaluation and that proceeding would not be necessary. I was given excellent advice and was happy to hear that I would not be charged for them to come out and discuss. The entire interaction was pleasant and seamless, I would definitely contact them again with any questions or work to be done. Thanks!

Panda Construction did an exceptional job on replacing the roof on my sunroom and I love my new remodeled bathroom. I would definitely call the company again.

Work was done promptly even in inclement weather, professional work crew, removed all debris, very happy with results

Wonderful job - Paul installed my new floodlight with camera and did a wonderful job!! Also he installed my Tv on my bedroom wall and did a really good job - he made sure everything worked properly before he left and did it in no time. Price was very competitive but was able to come out with a day of calling to schedule !! Would have them back to do any type of job around the house.
