Description of Work: Used them to install some windows & doors, mount shelves, build exterior stairs, install hardware and other asstd. tasks. Couldn't be happier. They were conscientious craftsmen. Excellent communication, showed up on time, did great work. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: Barry came over to do an appraisal of our home repair and did a fantastic job. The work is scheduled to be done and we really liked the service thus far! Definitely plan on using them for our future home care needs.

Description of Work: I asked for a basketball goal and trampoline to be assembled. He hadn't done one before, so a definite learning curve. It cost $55 / hour. And, it took FOUR hours, unfortunately. So, I did the trampoline myself. VERY professional and courteous. But, shouldn't have charged me per hour when it took 4 hours. That's my only complaint.

Description of Work: They did some miscellaneous things around the house. They built some shelves in my laundry room and replaced a section of the faucet outside. They changed the cover for a light on the inside of the house. They were very punctual and professional. It worked out great.

Description of Work: I have used One Man and a Toolbox on two occassions and plan on using them again in the future. The first time I used them was for the "Handyman for a Day" special. My punch list consisted of just a bunch of odd and end stuff to do around the house which I really couldn't tackle myself. The second and most recent time I had them come out was for more detailed electrical and construction work that took two days to complete and was billed on a per job basis. I was extremely satisfied with both the price quoted and the quality of the work performed on both occassions. The gentlemen who performed the work both times were very professional, experienced, hard workers. THey knew exactly what they were doing and worked diligently to complete all of the work in an efficient manner, only taking a break to grab a quick bite to eat. I especially appreciated the fact that everything was inspected before they left the job to make sure everything was in proper working order. If it wasn't, each of them took the time to go back and tweak it out until it was done right. That was definitely a plus for me as one of my main concerns was not having to deal with something not fixed properly and then trying to find the time out of my own busy schedule and have them come back out to fix someting that should have been done right in the first place. I highly recommend using One Man and a Toolbox!!
