Natal's Air Conditioning

The poor grades are for the owners, not the technicians. They have terrible billing procedures and billed me several times for items that I already paid for....even after sending them a copy of the canceled check!

I really liked that guy. A friend recommended them. The technician was extremely professional and helpful. He was really nice and smart. I would recommend him.

We called this company for a quote to fix our commercial ac unit. They sent out a shady, thuggish looking guy. It took them so long to arrive, that we had our contractor fix the unit. When the employee of Natal's arrived, he was angry that the work was already fixed. He walked over the to our ac unit even though we already asked him to leave and pulled out our thermostat (and wires) out of the wall. Our contractor caught them doing it and he quickly walked away. Then he walked up to my husband and said he saw something wrong with the thermostat and that he would be back in the morning to fix it. They were planning on charging us for the extra work they had just created. I called the owner's cell phone and asked if his employee was licensed and he could not answer me. Then he went on to tell me that one of MY employees had pulled the wires out the wall. (As if my employees would really want to work in this heat any longer.) I told him I would report him and he said go ahead I don't care. I do not want anyone else to have the misfortune of meeting these unethical business practices. Who knows how many people they have done similar damages too. I'm glad my contractor saw him do this so that I can warn as many people as I can.
