It went extremely well. Our compressor went out while we were sleeping Friday night, so I called Nash first thing Saturday morning. A technician answered immediately and informed me that he had several stops to make that morning but would be there by the afternoon. As promised, he called around 2pm to let me know that he was 15 minutes away. The technician (I wish that I could remember his name) was very efficient in repairing the problems, and also showed me how dirty my filter was (we suspected that this may have been part of the issue). Their pricing was very fair and I was completely satisfied with the process. I would not hesitate to call them again!

I used another company and they replaced the part for $250.

I WOULD HAVE HOPED YOU COULD USE THIS REPORT BUT APPARENTLY THE TECH PEOPLE RUN THE SHOW UP THERE.

I felt like they didn,t really understand what I needed.

After having the system freeze one weekend, I had a service call. Very professional and helpful, they added a couple pounds of freon and took measurements to do a complete replacement in the winter. Unfortunately, my system thought it was winter already and said 'I'm done'. They did send out a different tech to verify that it was 'done' and he took a few missing measurements for the quote, and was also determined that I did NOT need new duct work. That saved me a couple thousand dollars, which bumped them up in credibility. They were able to install the new system and had the A/C system working on one very hot day. They came back the next week to complete the install of the heating side (didn't need it in September, obviously!) Everyone I dealt with on the phone or in person was professional, responsive and made sure I understood what they were saying, without talking down to me. (As a female engineer, it's easy for people to try to 'dumb things down' too far for me.) I think they would explain as much as someone wanted, regardless of their background.

My compressor failed and I called him several companies to get quotes. Kevin Nash responded and gave me some honest advice and answers to my questions. After his visit he gave me the best price and value for the money. I would use them again.

It was my first experience with them. They were recommended by a friend, whose judgment I trust very much. Also, they were also advertising about the special they were running in the local radio station. The contact person is Kevin Nash. They were very good. They came out when they were supposed to and were very capable and very thorough. They spent some time and explained things to me. To my advantage, they did not find anything wrong with the system. The price was reasonable, too.

MY TROUBLES STARTED SUNDAY NIGHT THE 22ND, THE AC UNIT WAS NOT COOLING. MONDAY MORNING I CALLED NASH AIR CONDITIONING AND ASK TO SPEAK TO ONE OF THIER EMPLOYEES WHOM I HAD BEEN DEALING WITH A LONG TIME. HE WAS NOT IN BUT THE LADY SAID SHE WOULD CONTACT HIM AND SHE WOULD CALL ME BACK, WHICH SHE DID. SHE SAID HE WOULD BE OVER IN 15 MINUTES OR SO. HE ARRIVED ON SCHEDULE AND CHECKED OUT THE UNIT, WHICH WAS APPROXIMATELY 20 YEARS OLD. THE FREON WAS LOW IN BOTH THE COMPRESSOR AND THE COIL [ WHICH HAD A LEAK]. HE SAID HE COULD PUT SOME FREON IN THE UNIT, BUT THERE WAS NO GUARANTEE ON HOW LONG IT WOULD LAST, BUT IT MIGHT KEEP IT COOL ENOUGH UNTIL I COULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT A PERMANET SOLUTION. I TOLD HIM I WANTED A PRICE ON A NEW UNIT, AND ASK FOR HIS RECOMMENDATIONS. HE MADE HIS SUGGESTIONS, AND I TOLD HIM TO ASK HIS BOSS TO WRITE THEM UP. HE DID WE AGREED ON THE PRICE, AND THE WORKMEN SHOWED UP WED MORNING AS SCHEDULED. THEY DID THEIR JOB, WERE PROFESSIONAL, CLEANED UP, AND PRESENTED ME THE BILL AS WE HAD AGREED FOR THE AMOUNT WE HAD AGREED ON. I PAID BY CHECK AND WAS WELL PLEASED WITH THE JOB THEY DID. ,

This company is a total waste of time and money. They came out to check a cooling issue with my A/C and the service technician checked my freon levels outside and it began to rain. The technician was perplexed on why the readings he was getting were so low and ensured me it was probably due to the weather and rain that just popped up. He stated he would need to come back in a few days when the weather was cleared up and not raining. The initial visit was on a Friday and he said on Monday or Tuesday he would come back to recheck the freon levels. 7 days passed and Nash's never bothered to call or show back up. I finally called the office and was told they never came out because the weather was to cold. All week the weather was in the lower 70's so that's a complete lie. Nash's also said since I never called them to come back out it was my fault. In the end I paid 69.00 in service fee's and nothing was resolved nor did they ever come back out. I would stay clear of this company at all costs.

I cannot say enough good things about them and they were everything you want a repair person to be. When it is sweltering hot I have called them and they have been out the same day. I will use them again in the future.

They were able to obtain the part in half the time quoted by 2 other contractors and they matched the lowest estimate I received. The technicians were extremely professional and the work was performed expeditiously. The owners are hands on and the technicians are knowledgeable and experienced. I feel like I got my money's worth and am confident that the job was done correctly.

.We did not have any major stuff done. Nash Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. were fine. We did not have any problems with them. The guys who came out were very nice, very polite, and very clean. I will use them again.

I have used Nash Heating and Air-conditioning numerous times. My neighbor way back when was the first to have them come to help her. I called them once for a problem with the outside unit and they had to replace a fan. Very honest and no frills attitude. I also recommended them to a friend in Metairie with a new house who was having a problem on a Sunday. They did not know him from Adam. I told him to call and leave a message Sunday. Monday morning they contacted him and repaired his air conditioner quickly without any problem. This was last year. Anyway I have always been pleased when I have used this company.

Once this company was referred to me, I called for an appointment. Mike Nash came to my home and evaluated the current system and explained what the job would involve. When I was ready to begin, I chose this company based on that meeting. I felt that this compamy was professional and had integrity. There was no high pressure sales pitch, no BS, just straight forward information. The sales rep I worked with was low key, informative, and very patient. I had lots of questions. I wanted to choose the right system, and I wanted to understand every step of the job. I didn't want to leave out any detail that may cause me grief later. After all of this, once the contract was signed and the day was chosen, the job went down as described. The crew was punctual and professional. The work went without a hitch. It has been 7 months now. We had a pretty hard winter, and the summer seems to equally as rough. I am happy with the new system; everything is working well.

I left on vacation. My daughter opened the door for them. I had complete faith in their honesty. They came in and in one rather long day, they put in my entire air conditioning system and did everything. When I came home, not only was the air conditioner working perfectly but one could not say that they had been there. There wasn’t a speck of dust or anything. My daughter had put in an air conditioner in summer and she had great things to say about them. If anytime you need heating or air conditioning, Nash is the one to do it as far as I am concerned. I have not heard one negative thing about them. Of all the bids I got, they were the most reasonable and the most efficient. My air conditioning bill has been so low all year. It costed about $3000 or $4000 for everything. It included a new heater and a new air conditioner. Apparently they built the house with the air conditioner and then built the wall around it. They had to remove a part of the wall and put it in a little place in there. They had to cut a hole in order to put it in. They put everything back and I did not even know. They were good in so many ways. They were prompt. Anytime we had any problems with the air conditioner prior to the new one, we would call them in the morning and they would be out before the end of the day. It was the best deal for the amount. What they were giving me as far as the quality of the air conditioner and the energy saving of the air conditioner is concerned was the best price I received. We will use them in the future. We will not use anybody else.
