As the remodeling commenced, it became very clear to me that the owner of MLM, Inc., Mr. Machi Medrzycki, has extremely high standards and expects only quality work from his crew members/subcontractors. MLM, Inc., is also one of the most productive and efficient contracting companies that I have utilized and the company is very respectful of your time. They completed the remodeling of my home well ahead of schedule without compromising quality; and I truly appreciate the incredible attention to detail provided by all of the crew members/subcontractors and, most especially, by Mr. Machi Medrzycki. Additionally, the customer portal provided by MLM, Inc., resulted in outstanding communication and it is the best communication that I have experienced with a contracting company. Throughout the week, via the customer portal, I received Daily Logs of the remodeling work along with photographs. I was also immediately informed of any issues, concerns, challenges encountered; and, likewise was easily able to communicate the same to the staff/Project Manager. I always received a timely response to any message I submitted via the customer portal of MLM, Inc. And, unlike many other contractors, MLM, Inc., actually has an office staffed with an outstanding Executive Assistant, Ms. Monique Joyner, who exemplifies professionalism. If you call the office, your call will be answered by Ms. Joyner. I have extremely high standards, and MLM, Inc., met my standards. I am very impressed with the professionalism of Mr. Machi Medrzycki and his staff, as well as with his crew and subcontractors selected – all quickly earned my full trust and confidence. Mr. Machi Medrzychi and his company, MLM, Inc., truly exemplify customer service excellency and set the gold standard for how contracting companies should conduct business and treat their customers/clients. I will definitely utilize the services of MLM, Inc., again and highly recommend their services to anyone considering a remodeling/renovation project! Lastly, my remodeled home looks absolutely beautiful!

Company has a very professional operation. I was most impressed by the ease and transparency of the communication with all members of the company. I very much appreciated both the constant updates and the communication platforms used. Assigned general contractor was responsive to our queries and requests. Cost was reasonable and lower than the quotes submitted by two other contractors. Workers were professional, easy to communicate with and responsive to our needs. Work was carried out in a timely manner and any mistakes or problems were quickly corrected. One of the few house renovation projects over the past 20 years that has met my standard of quality. Highly recommend this company and without the slightest reservation.

We cannot say enough good things about this firm. MLM, their staff and subcontractors were always very professional and courteous at all times. They cleaned up each and every day and went out of their way to make sure we were inconvenienced as little as possible. If we had to rate them from 1 to 10, we would give them an 11.

These guys are great. I wanted a new kitchen that would help me sell my condo, so it was important to stay on budget. MLM knew exactly what I needed, and didn't try to up-sell me. The project manager used the BuilderTrend app to keep me updated daily with pictures, adjustments to the schedule, and change orders. MLM has the sophistication of a much larger contractor, while maintaining a personal touch. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

We converted a near 100-year-old shotgun double to a single family home. There were some problems and unexpected hiccups along the way (again, very old house) but Machi and his crew handled everything in a professional and friendly manner. Machi even made some design suggestions that wound up working really well for us. The job took a few months longer than expected and we did have some minor issues (mismatch facet pulls, exterior paint peeling on old shutters, a busted roof turbine); however, MLM rectified everything we brought to their attention. I have heard horror stories regarding projects this big, but MLM made our renovation relatively painless. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and have already recommended them to several friends.

MLM is a true professional construction company. Machi and his teams are not the average contractor. From the first time I met with them they exuded professionalism. They listen, they suggest and help, and then deliver. They were here when they said they would be and did quality work. Communication is extremely easy and effective with the online tool they use to keep you up to date on what is happening with pictures and posts daily. I would recommend Machi and the entire MLM team at the highest level if you want to make sure that your project gets done on time and correctly. I’ll be calling them when I’m ready to do the kitchen remodel.

My experience with MLM and Machi was very good. One of the things I liked most and was very important to me was the detailed estimate which lists exactly what will be done and breaks down the cost for each item. I also liked the timeline that tells you when the project will begin, the steps along the way and the projected finish date. From beginning to end I felt good knowing that if I called or emailed Machi he would always promptly respond. I feel the quality of the work is very high and it shows. I have a beautiful bathroom that I enjoy everyday. I also love showing it to family and friends. I would not hesitate to recommend MLM Inc.

MLM uses a phone app to communicate. It is wonderful. You can give complements, mention issues, and get information on the work to be done including arrival times. They are very, very responsive via this app. Communication is above and beyond any contractor you can find. Once the job started the work continued very efficiently throughout the project. There is no downtime when working with MLM. The work is scheduled efficiently with a very good idea of the time needed for each phase. The workers are all friendly. You feel very comfortable with them in your house. The work is done well, much of it is done with excellence. The tile installers were great and the counter top fabricators they use regularly, excellent (separate review for North Lion). The result is our beautiful new home! However, our job encountered issues. We signed the contract in mid-March and the job wasn't completed until November. Four months were wasted waiting on a talented, but unresponsive designer. The workers didn't use scaffolding to do the foyer or great room work - and MLM didn't know it! Luckily no one was hurt. The estimate was for plain vanilla products. It cost us $15000 above MLM's estimate to get the quality we wanted, and even then the cabinet supplier (French Quarter Facades) they sent us to was sub-par with very bad design practices (i.e. designing to increase their cost, not to give you a good product). All major renovations encounter issues. With MLM these problems were minimal. I highly recommend MLM to anyone wanting major work completed. The problem designer doesn't work for them anymore. The guys not using scaffolding will change their practices or not work for MLM anymore. If you want more than plain vanilla, be prepared push for it and pay more for it - but they will respond!

MLM was very easy to work with. Each day I was told who would be at the house, what time they would be there and what they would accomplish for the day. Everything stayed on schedule and actually finished a day ahead of schedule. Workers were professional and kept us in the loop. Work was done in fine detail and MLM seemed to take pride in their work. We are very proud of our new kitchen.

It went very well. The bathrooms and kitchen were stunning. Carrera marble was used in both. We sold home as investment property and the feedback from all possible clients was very positive. The wood floors were also beautifully done. He put transoms over the doorways which is traditional in older New Orleans homes and I had not thought of it. MLM stays as close to original timeline as I have ever seen in my use of contractors. A weekly update was also very reassuring and organized.

Would highly recommend MLM for any project that you are under taking. They did a fine job. This was the second time we used MLM. Work areas are also kept clean. Machi & Crew are highly professional,

There were a few hiccups, some of which were completely expected. (a) Earlier work (10 years ago) demonstrated that my floors were not level. As I expected, there was additional cost to level the floors. (b) The contractor originally left off the use of quarter-rounds to finish off the connection of baseboard and floor. After discussion with the subcontractor lead, they decided it was needed. The change increased the cost, but I was ok with that. A few were unexpected (a) I misread the contract and did not notice that it was written to indicate that the tub would be replaced with a new tub. The change increased the cost. (b) I requested a line item cost for moving furniture, et al. However, the contractors understood that to be only moving furniture and not all of the packed items. The cost was increased to move boxes and items which had not been packed. (c) I needed to rent a POD for a month to hold the house's contents. Upon consideration, I think this was an excellent suggestion. However, this also increased my cost. Despite all of the occasional misunderstanding, I am very much satisfied with the result. This is the first time that I've used a contractor who did not pick all of the materials without my input. It took more time that I expected to pick items that met the cost guidelines provided by the contractor. However, this process meant that I ended up with a result as customized as possible with my budget.

These guys are so organized they gave me a printed schedule before they started and stuck to it. They put brown paper on the floors from the front door to the work area, and cleaned up after themselves. They sealed of the work area with plastic sheeting to minimize dust. They were courteous and hard workers. These guys are great!

Very well. Estimates were accurate contractor and employees were prompt quality workmanship. Fair prices.

All of the work was completed with much attention to details. The finish products were beautiful. They often showed up to work without my knowledge. The language barrier was difficult, the workers use of the English language was not fluent. However, they were excellent workers.

All workers were very reliable. They came worked & finished when they said they would, very approachable.

Partial Master Bath Remodel: Remove and rebuild shower and toilet area of a master bathroom due to leaks discovered under both; as well as repairing problems caused by a previous owner?s poor workmanship. This was a project that we were planning on doing in the near future, but became a necessity before we could save up the funds to do the entire job like we had planned. Called MLM to inquire if they were interested in looking at my project. First contact was with Machi Medrzycki, who seemed genuinely excited and interested in performing the work. Appointment was made to inspect the job; and he arrived at the time and date promised, on time; along with his project manager. They were both very attentive and listened to all of my plans, as well as some of the out of the ordinary ideas that I had. They were honest enough to agree, as well as disagree, with some of my plans while adding their own suggestions; and not just yes man salesman trying to get a job. Machi did not have any issues with doing any aspects of the project, both complete and partial; allowing me to do some of the finish work myself, as well as supply any items that I wished. Their quote was delivered on time as promised. Work and prices were quoted with extreme detail and incrementally. This really aided in both adding and subtracting parts of the work, being able to adjust the exactly what work was to be performed by them and myself; and especially during the project, when the unforeseeable issues inevitably crop up. Several changes and adjustments were made to the quote prior to the project being awarded. All changes were completed and emailed within 24 hours, and were all welcomed with graciousness. Work was started on time. Crews papered off all floor areas in the work area as well as all of their access routes; and sealed off entry ways for dust and noise issues. All personnel were polite, professional, and courteous; even asking permission to listen to a radio while working. Breaks were almost nonexistent, even to the point of me forcing them to stop and making them lunch on two occasions. When not needed on this project, project manager still stopped by several times per day to check progress and assist with any new issues. The inevitable unforeseen construction, electrical, and plumbing problems that were found as walls are opened up, were completed on a time and materials basis; all done at extremely reasonable prices. These charges were always discussed prior to work being performed, and were emailed the next day after they were completed. Project was completed to my satisfaction.

Overall everything went smoothly. Machi, Nick and their whole crew were very professional and trustworthy. The estimated time was a little longer but that was due to some unforeseen problems with the house that were discovered during construction, so that was completely understandable. I also added a few things to correct from the first estimate. I would highly recommend MLM-Inc to anyone considering a new kitchen and room renovation. All were highly professional and courteous and addressed any issues I may have had.

Everything came out top notch. These guys did a great work and pay attention to detail. Everything looks seamless.
