My smoke detectors kept chirping even after I changed the batteries twice. I found this company on Angie's List and called. An appointment was available the same day that I called but I couldn't get out of work. I made an appointment for October 23. The electrician called before he came to the house and was in my driveway before me. I explained what was going on and he went right to work. Within 30 minutes, he was done, wiring and alarms were checked and 2 new detectors were installed. He was completely professional and knowledgeable. I asked for an invoice before he left but he said it would be mailed to me. That might be the only downside - I would like to have paid on the spot but now have to check the mailbox and still don't know how much the total bill was. All of that aside, I would definitely use them again.

Did not check to see where I wanted outlets nor did they wire them the same way. Really disappointed.

The techs came out to replace landscape lights in my garden. They claimed I would need to completely re-wire the entire backyard. The techs told me I needed to reschedule to have someone else come out to give me an estimate for complete rewiring. I called and left a message about 5 times within the next two-three months and NEVER received a call back. I receive a bill a year later that is debatable because they claimed they were there for more hours than they were on the initial date of service. To complete the job I had to call another company, Malone Electric, to complete the job reasonably and the quality of work was good. *Other times, in the past, I've had the company fix light switches or install ceiling fans they were puntual and did a great job.

They had to come back several times to complete the work, therefore I was unclear as to the accuracy of their billing.

They got here, diagnosed the two problems, assisted me in calling Entergy and explaining the problem, then left.

He gave us an honest evaluation of the work that needed to be done, and he completed the work in a timely and cost-effective manner. I would highly recommend him, and he will be our electrician for any jobs in the future regardless of the size.

Very well. It was a tough job in a 250 year old building in the French Quarter. Margiotta knows electrical.
