Mand M did a good job on the exterior painting, but we maintained good oversight and were able to ensure any work issues were addressed. Unfortunately, the painters over sprayed a neighbor's car, which required repainting of the car. Mario refused to pay for repair of the damage - which unnecessarily entangled the condo association and our insurer.

This painter is first-rate in every respect. They came highly recommended by neighbors. Painted out whole exterior, including scraping and prep to bare wood, primer, final coat, all window trimming at a competitive price. Freed windows, and offers followup touchup and fine-tuning after the completion. Scraping included lead-abatement, tenting, and getting necessary permits. Estimate was done promptly and the final bill came in within 5% of estimate. Accompanied me to paint store to ensure agreement on paint selection. Had a long-standing working relationship with paint store that facilitated product selection and billing. Mand m Painting is a Gold standard for contracting. Crew was careful with landscaping, working with neighbors. Really impressive!

Mario was awesome! He went above and beyond. I will use him for all future jobs. He was so nice and professional. I was really impressed by his attention to detail too. He was also so considerate of not wanting to get dust from sanding on my furniture, so he used a damp sponge to sand instead of sandpaper. That was so considerate. I really can't say enough great things about him.

Mario Hurtado and the Mand M Painting crew were highly professional, prompt, and accommodating. The company did not go over budget and the job was accomplished on time. Although the price seemed a bit expensive compared to similar jobs in Oklahoma, from where we just moved, I would recommend Mand M Painting to others in the New Orleans area.

It went great. Mario came in for the estimate 1 day and had his people there doing the work about 2 days later. They did the whole job in 3 days - drywalled the first day, texturized the next day and painted the third. They completely cleaned up after themselves and even put the trash at the curb. When they were done, I couldn't tell where the ceiling had fallen in; it was perfectly blended.
