+ -1 moreVery difficult to schedule service. Had to make many calls just to arrange first appointment. First appointment (diagnostic fee, not deposit of $100) took place one week prior to thanksgiving 2015. Part had to be ordered. Was given estimate of $189 for part plus labor. Wrong part was ordered. Had to be reordered. Didn't return to complete repair until Christmas Eve and then on repair day informed me that part was actually going to be $350 plus labor.
Description of Work: Replaced circulating pump on our spa

Description of Work: I had Ladner's give me an estimate for an in ground pool in my backyard. There was no charge for this. The President of Ladner's came to my home and spent about 45 minutes explaining prices in an organized manner. He looked at my backyard and took measurements. I liked the way he did not rush me, answered my questions and explained the price.

Description of Work: Pool flooded with mud from an adjacent building site, service from Ladner's was exemplary. Cleaning and service costs were covered by the contractor's insurance. My Ladner contact was Michael, who did an expert job. I will use them again and highly recommend them to others.
