TV cables were not working. LA Shield came quickly, solved problems that Cox cable could not, and charged a very reasonable fee. We scheduled them to come back and add additional service. They were terrific.

Received a call within minutes for a discussion of my needs and followed up with two quotes with various options. Scheduled the install appointment and was kept apprised of when Dan was on his way. Installation progressed with no trouble even reducing the number of cameras I needed to cover the area i wanted. Dan took his time showing us how to set up the cameras on our phones and ensured everything was operational in light and dark. Great service!!! Will be using him for another home installation now!

WOW, I received a call from them within 15 minutes of my request. We scheduled an appointment, they called to let me know he was on his way. We had a brief discussion of what I needed and he got to work. Fantastic. No stress, easy to communicate with, friendly attitude, reasonably priced and quality service. Very pleased.
