HORRIBLE! Lana, the office manager is a B*$CH! They are horrible. Items broken, dents, scratches, and the most horrible thing is that after my wife discussed with them the return of the items in the order we needed, they showed up and wanted to DUMP the entire house at one time with only one disabled wife to try and unload. After complaining, LANA told us that they were not working for us, but for the insurance company and we had NO decision in the matter. The insurance company said that they were working for us and the insurance company was only paying the bill. But the company told us that they would not deliver anything to our house and it was our problem. I hired another company to pick up our items and they STILL sent another bill! They limit their liability to $250 even if they destroy your household furniture and antiques, which is an issue in this case. We have paid this firm over $130,000 and they just DUMPED us! The LANA is the problem but the owner is a complete shyster. I have hired legal counsel to file a lawsuit against this firm for both breach of contract, damages, and things that I cannot discuss here due to legal reasons. Our home is only 2500 square feet, they charged over $130,000 just to pick up the items and then dumped us. It certainly would have been another $200,000 to bring them back with the limitation of their liability (but not after crossing state lines into Mississippi, by law) and damaging and destroying several items of our property. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE avoid this den of crooks, you will be much better off. Every word of this is true. Please RUN!

This business quoted us a fee of $150 one day to move a normal weight, normal size bookcase with a normal glass front a few blocks within the city. After not sending the quote as scheduled or getting back to us, we called them again. Mysteriously, the price ballooned in less than 24 hours to more than $300 for the half hour job. WORSE, the agent was extremely rude about the price change and said it would likely top $400 with packing material for the glass door front. We thought this was unprofessional and rude so we went with someone else.
