Kevin is excellent. I knew of him, I didn't find him on Angie's List. He really does a great job. I would definitely recommend him to anybody, and have. It just came out beautiful. He's really ready to listen to what you want. He painted four or five samples for me, and I couldn't make up my mind. He's really willing to work with you. The price a little more, but I think it's worth the quality work he does.

He was great. I am assuming he is still in the business. He has done floors for me in two different houses. He has always done a really great job. I found him initially through the phone book. We finished up our renovation last July. Kevin had done work for us before so that's why we used him again. It was very extensive. We had staircases that needed refinished. He refinished all of our hardwood floors. The price we paid was probably for about 1700 square feet worth of flooring, materials, and labor. He had to match in a lot of gaps in the floor with the old material. It was a pretty complicated job. Kevin really knows what he is doing. When we did the huge renovation, we were seriously coming down to budget issues and the poor guy wanted to use all the hard pine floor. He was able to show me that he was going to be able to match in with the new material. It ended up working out so much better for us in the long run. He matched the stains and everything perfectly. You would never know that the floors are 150 years different in age. They look great. He is just one guy doing the work and he is all over town up in the French Quarter doing a lot of different work so sometimes it takes a while to connect with him. That's because he is a one-guy operation. Sometimes it does take a while. He will always get back to us, but we might have to play a little bit of phone tag with him.
