Description of Work: This was a Big Deal that I purchased through Angie's List. It didn't take them too long to come look at area that needed repairs but It took them awhile to come out to work on the exterior of my house. I wasn't contacted or at home when repairs where made so I can't tell you if they stayed the time required in the Big Deal.

Description of Work: JLM repaired siding that was improperly installed. They were very thorough and professional, and went the extra mile in identifying and fixing a complex problem. I don't know if it worked yet since we have not had the kind of driving rain that caused the leak yet, but I am optimistic that it will work.

Description of Work: Jeff is the owner and supplies reasonable estimates. He is open to suggestions and provides alternatives and options that we could both work with. He is a working manager when needed to help the crew stay on schedule. He checks on the progress of the job and makes sure that the customer is well pleased at every step of the way. His crew was professional, worked hard each day and asked permission to work on a Saturday half day to make up for the delays because of rain. He provided a porta-potty on site so his crew did not have to come in and out of the house. This was not a 3 or 4 day job. Good work takes a while to complete. The entire job took approximately 1 month to complete. I had the complete upper half of my two story house insulated and then sided including a ground floor add-on in the back yard and the garage. He provided caulking and matching painting around windows on the ground floor to enhace the beauty of the upper siding when this was not initially proposed. Both he and his crew made it a point to clean up after the job was complete. I believe he is honest and will use his company again. I would highly recommend JLM at this time.

Description of Work: JLM replaced my roof, added a patio cover and performed siding repair. The experience was wonderful. He was on time, on budget and trustworthy. I would definitely use him again!
