On June 10, they came out to give us an estimate for adding downspouts to three gutters. The quote seemed high, but we went ahead because we really needed the work done. In order to schedule, we had to sign and send back the contract, which was fine, except that this step was not communicated to us. Once we did this, they failed to call to schedule. When I called to follow up after a few days of not hearing anything, they said, oh we scheduled you for the 29th, but that had not been communicated to us either by phone or email. Nevermind that they never if we were available that day OR that they scheduled us two weeks out. On the day of the 29th, I called to find out what time we should expect them, and was told they were actually coming on the 30th. Again, this had not been communicated to us. They explained that because of the rain last week their projects had all been pushed back and had the gall to tell me that I was lucky my job had only been pushed back one day because a lot of people projects were pushed two or three days. I expressed then that I was unimpressed with the scheduling and communication thus far and asked what time to expect them on the 30th. She said 3 pm. They never showed up on the 30th. I called at 4 pm, but no one answered since their office closes at 4 so I left a message, thinking I would hear back at 8 am the next day. I did not receive a call back so I called around 10:30 am and left another message canceling the job. The three stars for work quality are for the guy who came out to give the quote.

J. L. Remodeling, Inc. was professional and efficient. I requested a quote and was provided one and the installation was completed on time. I would definitely recommend their services. The final product turned out great.

They do use your outlet, but the men do a fabulous job. I had problems with the ladies to get an appointment and just to get them to call me back, but in the end everything worked out.

Quote seemed a bit high, hired them anyway. Asked for additional support brackets in gutter reinstallation, only put up what was on originally. Crew that arrived at 7:30am spoke no English.

This company is professional and does quality work for a decent price.
