She is taking care of everything for me. She has been excellent. Whenever I would tell her about a house I was interested in, she would drive to the neighborhood and she would let me know if the place was good for children or if there many houses still abandoned because of the storm. Anytime I wanted to look at a house, no matter of her opinion of it, she went ahead and got information on it. If we went in and she didn't feel like it was structurally sound, we would walk right back out. She has been like a mother to me when it has come to house hunting. She has been great since it is my first house. My parents live in another state so they cannot come down and help me. She has been godsend. She is representing me as a buyer but she is also a listing agent. She recommends service providers and they are always professional. She is a good resource and she saved me time because I didn't have to go searching for companies. She has been very professional. I started working with her four months ago. I feel like I will be friends with her for a long time. She was the third real estate agent I spoke with. She will be getting a percentage of the selling price of the house that I am buying. I have found a home, and I will be closing soon. She is awesome. She is a very dedicated person and goes beyond just trying to make commission; she did not have to drive to all the houses that I was interested in. She always had the paperwork handy just in case, she always answers the phone when I call, she sends me text messages, and she keeps me updated on things. She forwards me e-mails that she gets from insurance agents, lenders, etc. She always keeps me in the loop even though she does most of the work. She had made this such an easy process. No questions are too big for her. She is professional when she is an agent, but she is still personable. She will get to know you and she will talk about what your hopes and dreams are so that she gets a good idea for who you are. She treats you like family or a friend and she really wants to help you be happy. I will consider using her in the future.
