Description of Work: Jack Frost came out to service my two air conditioners for summer. They checked everything, explained it all to me, and were very effecient, professional, punctual and helpful. Also, this is a very reasonable price compared to my other experiences.

+ -1 moreI was able to get in touch with Anthony, the owner, immediately by cell. He actually was able to come by earlier than he had estimated, within a couple of hours. He explained the issues well, and got the work done and everything up and working in two or three hours. But, he only charged for 45 minutes of his time, because some of that time was spent picking up parts. His hourly rate is very reasonable and the quality of his work is good. He is a pleasant person as well, and good to do business with. I am extremely pleased.
Description of Work: Replaced relay, heater coil and thermostat.

+ -1 moreAfter speaking with other heating and air companies in the area, I could not get past the less than professional customer service when I just wanted to set up an appointment. So, I couldn't imagine having them actually coming to my home. But, Jack Frost Cooling & Heating was a breath of fresh air. They were professional from the very start and made me feel comfortable about having them do the work. A friend had recommended Jack Frost to us when I told her of the trouble we were having with our old system. As it turned out it was a great decision to use them. I won't ever use anyone else.
Description of Work: I was impressed by the way the staff at Jack Frost Cooling & Heating handled the job. They took a lot of patience on the job, as if it was their own home. Best of all, they really took time to explain every detail of the job. They are fast and finish the job on time as promised. And I really love the fact that they were well within my budget. I joked and told them I had expected to pay a lot more. They even came in UNDER their estimate. WOW! That was a first for us. We love our new air conditioner and we are really impressed with the folks at Jack Frost. I feel very comfortable recommending them to anyone who wants good service at a reasonable price. However, I don't feel comfortable telling everyone how much we paid as it is our personal business and should not have to be public. That I will keep to myself. :-)
