Chad is always late, always makes excuses, and never follows up with anything. My main issue is that he doesn't show up when he says he will and then does not call to let me know that he is running late. After he finally arrives he blames.... He also never takes the blame for his work. Chad is the professional and expects me to tell him what to do. If I have a problem I expect the expert to tell me how to fix it.

Overall we are very pleased. Much more pleased with this company than our previous company with similar initials. We have been working exclusively with Chad and he is a stand up guy. Always professional, always on time and goes out of his way to make sure everything is done right. He is a family man and understands how family schedules sometimes change and he always works with us in scheduling our appointments. If we have any bug problems in between treatments he will come out (usually within a day) although this generally doesn't happen as the treatments are pretty effective. I've recommended Chad and his company before and will continue to do so. Great company, great guy.

They are very nice and they explain things thoroughly. They use environmentally friendly and kids friendly products as much as possible. They are very service oriented. Their price is the same as everybody else.
