The team did an amazing job. Everything was done, completed on time and exceeded our expectations. The team was trustworthy and accommodating of anything we needed.

I met with Ivan this morning for a termite inspection and review for a contract. There was a follow-up phone call from his office confirming the appointment and Ivan arrived within the allotted time. He was thorough and patient explaining the whole process. Helpful with suggestions in regards as to not making my home termite friendly. While waiting on his final report and quote I am quite confident I will be using him. Will follow up after that.

I had a strange smell that could not be identified by a contractor or a plumber around my hot water heater/laundry room area. My final though was mold. They were able to come out and help me identify the problem.

Ivan is a real pleasure to work with. He is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. He went above and beyond the work that he was required to do. He allowed me to follow him around during the inspection, shared his extensive knowledge about termites, and responded to several phone calls later to answer additional questions. When I followed up with him a few weeks later with another question, he took time out of his busy day to patiently explain details and offer an estimate. He clearly knows his profession very well. His fee is more expensive than some of his competitors but I would say it's beyond worth it. You can be sure your money is going to an honest person and a locally owned business, and you know the job is going to get done right. Hire this man!

Inspector12 was great. Super responsive and reasonably priced

I called Ivan at Inspector 12 for a second opinion after a different contractor had tried convincing me to sign a work authorization (while refusing to even provide a written estimate) allowing them to file an insurance claim on my behalf and begin tearing out my floor and wall in order to do an "emergency" mold remediation. After a thorough inspection, Ivan essentially told me that I could fix my own problem with $100 and a trip to Home Depot. He even waived his inspection fee. Ivan was highly professional, informative, and helpful, and saved me from spending a bunch of money that I didn't need to spend, not to mention saving me from tearing up my floor. Honesty and integrity will always earn my business. The next time I have a mold or termite issue, Inspector 12 will instead be the first company I call.

Ivan was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, informative, professional, cheerful, kind, and nonjudgmental. When he saw that our house would have to be tented (because of limited access to the piers, and the presence of dry wood termites), he immediately told me whom to call. Essentially he refused to try a patchwork remediation. I wanted to use his company, but he knew that this was not in my best interests. I felt very comfortable asking questions, and would gladly refer him to anyone else.

Ivan, the owner, arrived on-time and was very friendly. You can tell he really loves his work -- he was extremely thorough and very educational. He took the time as he inspected our home to educate my wife and I on potential areas where termites could compromise our home, where they reside, what to look far, and how to prevent them. He also used infrared technology to find termites within walls -- very cool. All-in-all, Ivan at Inspector-12 provides an excellent service with a great attitude. If our positive experience isn't enough, we also supported a local company which is another win in our book. We will definitely be using his services in the future.

Every contact was handled promptly and professionally. Everyone with whom I had any interaction was knowledgeable, courteous and responsive to my questions. Ivan, Charlotte, Christian, Mike and Keith all knocked themselves out to make sure I was informed. I look forward to working with them in the fire for all my pest control needs.

I emailed Mr. Varnado and asked about water mitigation. Mr. Varnado called back and told me what was wrong very specifically. He recommend me not to hire a water mitigation company because we don't have to based on the condition. He also told me that his company could do it, but it should save us a lot of money if we do it ourselves and it's easy. Mr. Varnado saved us a lot of money though he didn't have to. He is so patient and knowledgable. I only talked with him over phone but I am sure he is a very good man to work with. I will definitely contact him if we need in the future.

As always, excellent service, punctual, thorough. I'm a long-time customer and intend to remain with Inspector 12 ongoingly.

It went very well and the job was accomplished over and above my expectations. I suppose I should have expected this, as from the moment I called for this service, Charlotte, who answered the phone, was extremely friendly, courteous and very obliging to my needs. I'm considering using this company again after I've done some home improvements. Thanks for a job well done.

They removed sheet rock from 2 bedrooms and kitchen, which consist of ceiling and walls, Then they removed insulation from each of rooms. Once that was done they had treat and removed all mold, which also included mold from air condition unit. One bedroom had remove half of bedroom floor because of water damage. The workers were excellent, they explained each process and amount of time it would take to do process. After each day of work they clean-up rooms knowing they were coming back next day to do additional work. I would highly recommend Inspector 12 to others to perform same type of work as was done on my home. Overall I am very pleased with the work that was perform on my home. I would recommend Inspector 12 to do same as my home.

The professional did a what I hoped was a proper inspection, re-treated the property, and gave me information I needed to prevent termites. He was professional and polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Spent a reasonable time at my home, but I don't know what that means. Over-all, the inspection was proper. The cost was average for the area. They did mix up the scheduling and called 6 months too early for the inspection. I asked for information of the initial inspection and they assured me I would receive it, and never did. I did not call back when it did not come, so I probably should have. Office/phone support OK and polite.

I have been a customer since purchasing my home in 2009 and have never been disappointed. I work specifically with Ivan (owner), Christian (on-site pest control/termite control representative), and Charlotte (receptionist). I have been nothing but pleased with all of the services they have provided. They are flexible, and work within my schedule. I feel their prices are very reasonable. Before purchasing my home, Ivan came out to do a mold/termite inspection. He was very thorough, and patiently checked every area of my home and utility room. After purchasing my home, I have continued to use Inspector 12 for my annual termite treatments as well as my quarterly pest control. They are personable and professional.

I use them both personally --for my home, & professionally -- for my business. We have been using them for many, many years & they've always provided outstanding service! I will (& do) refer them quite frequently.

I could not be more satisfied with Inspector 12's customer service, knowledge, and the results of the job completed. I definitely recommend Inspector 12 for mold/water mitigation/sheet rock replacement, as well as minor roof repair.

Terrible. First off was the phone calls to set up an appointment. This went back and forth and after 5 phone calls a inspection date for an estimate for mold remediation under my home (crawl space) was set up. They cancelled this 3 days later and re-scheduled it for the following day. Inspector arrived 40 minutes late for appointment. I told him the prolbem and before he even looked at the mold prorblem under the home, he stated he would not take the job. I asked him how he could make that decision before he even looked at it and his answer was that he was does this for a living and he won't take the job. I told him he was wasting my time, which he was. I highly recommend that people avoid this company. If they are in the business of mold remediation they should at least look at the problem.

It took awhile for me to get in contact with someone. Once I spoke with someone they were very friendly and polite. They informed me that they would be able to schedule me for a time to come out and that I would be contacted with that time and date but I never heard back from them.

Ivan was prompt and thorough. I had my copy of inspection on the spot. I definitely would use him again!
