H RAULT

Description of Work: I had a malfunctioning mortise lock on my front door. Another locksmith came and told me I needed a new lock for about $500. I told him to order it but he failed to follow through, so I called H Rault. The locksmith for H Rault came, repaired the lock, rekeyed the front door and the back door to the same key, made me several keys and the price was around $100.

Description of Work: I now understand the B rating for Rault's. Quite frankly, it should be lower. They are around the corner for me so I thought it would be easy to work with them. I contacted them over the phone to explain what needed to be done (7 mini projects) which takes a while to explain especially as a lay person. They gave me some estimated pricing over the phone. The person I spoke with suggested I go to the shop and get it scheduled, etc. When I arrived it was a different person so we went over the entire needed project again. Not a problem and we got it scheduled for 4 days later. Then i received a call from "Rob" who was on his way but had no idea what needed to be done. I expressed my frustration that I had to re-explain the entire project. Rob became quite rude and it became quite obvious he simply did not want to do that job. After a few minutes of a very frustrating phone call with him in trying to explain the project (kept talking over me, interrupting and cutting me off) I had to give up and cancel the appointment. Now I have start over.
