Best Jeweler in New Orleans, hands down. As far as service and product go, this is the place. A man who won't take advantage of you, and you can put your trust in. Read on for my experience.. I came to Friend and Co to find an engagement ring for my girlfriend. I must say, I wanted a smaller, non-franchise type of place. I had absolutely no idea what I was doing and at first I was merely looking for a good place to speak to someone about the process. I ended up deciding that day that Kenneth Friend, the owner, is the real deal. I'm not a millionaire, just a law school student hopelessly in love, but Mr. Friend treated me like I was the most important person in New Orleans. He asked my budget, and he stuck to it. When there was something I wanted, he figured out how to make it work to stay in my range. He had to custom design the ring, for the most part, and he finished it in about a week and a half. I had no appointment, he had many. But nevertheless, he made time to take care of me. A truly stellar place to go for anything jewelry related. Or if it's a hot day and you need a diet coke. Haha.

My experience was very good and I have no complaints.
