Great experience working with Jacob, listening to the issue, quickly diagnosing and confirming what work needed to be performed to resolve both the clogged drain and leaky piping underneath the sink and explaining the process all along. He promptly cleared the line using the hydro-jet and replaced the galvanized piping with PVC including the install of a new cleanout valve. Afterwards, he cleaned up the work area not leaving a mess which is appreciated. The price was reasonable considering the circumstances and he was very efficient. I will not hesitate to call them again if I have another plumbing issue and would recommend them for plumbing services.

He hydrojetted my main sewer line through my bathroom vent stack and his hose for his hydro jetter got stuck in my main sewer line, but the blockages were cleared. I told him that 1 of the toilets still had a weak flush.. He suggested that I get a video inspection done to see if I had any breaks in my line. He told me that I needed to contact the water and sewage dept. to see if they could locate my main sewer line so that I could get a main cleanout installed. I called them and they couldn't find any blueprints for my piping. So 2 weeks later the toilets backed up again, so I pulled up 1 of the toilets and discovered a piece of wire from a bowl cleaner that hangs on the side of the bowl was stuck in bottom of the toilet. So I removed it and my toilets worked fine for about 2 weeks. The problem occurred again this weekend and my toilets started backing up again. So I called Mike to let him know that the hose that he left in my sewer line caused my toilets to become blocked again and that I needed it removed because it backed up all on my bedroom floor. He told me that the only way he could get the hose out was to install a main clean out. He told me that he would get me a price and I didn't hear from him. I called Roto Rooter because the sewage waste water that backed up in my master bedroom ruined my carpet. They removed my toilet and began trying to clear the blockage and their drain auger got caught around the hose that Emergency Rooter left in my sewer line. After about an hour they were able to untangle the 75 to 100 feet of air hose he left in the sewer line. I had to pay another $525 to Roto Rooter to finish the job that I paid Emergency Rooter $650 to half do. I thought he was professional but my experience with them was horrible. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I am truly disappointed in their services.

Emergency Rooter, LLC is a very reliable, punctual, professional plumbing and drain cleaning company. I called this company and they responded in about 2 minutes after I left a message they called me right back on a Sunday morning. I told him the problem that I had, which was 2 toilets that wouldn't flush and kept backing up, he told me to text him my address and he was here in 20 minutes and solved my problem quickly, efficiently at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Called on Saturday and was installed on Monday afternoon. Wished it could have been quick. Life without hot water is no fun particularly in cold weather

Emergency Rooter LLC was thorough, explanatory as he went with his work. I was very please with him and his work. If all the worker is professional and patient with in explaining their job as he was YES yes I would use them as my plumber. My impression of him was he gave 100% of doing his job. I'm sorry I forgot his name but because of doing his work I remember his face.

They did an outstanding job and he knows what he is doing. They did a great job and I will recommend them to other people.
