When my ongoing electrical problems suddenly became much worse, I phoned CR Electric and Chris answered immediately. We set up an appointment time for which he was prompt. He quickly diagnosed and thoroughly explained the problems and set up a time to perform the repairs. He also contacted Entergy because part of the problem was on their end. He arrived promptly the next morning and completed all of the repairs. All work was very professionally done and very neat. My electrical problems are over and I couldn't be happier. I would positively call Chris for any future electrical issues and would most definitely recommend him to my friends.

Asked Chris to come to house to provide estimate to do work described. He came out the next day and provided a quote within a few days. I had a lot of questions, and he was able to answer all of them and was very knowledgeable about current codes and standards. Price was right in line with what home inspector said it would be. Work was scheduled and performed on time. Chris was easy to get in touch with via phone. Crew was clean and didn't leave behind any trash or debris. Would definitely hire again for future work.

He also alerted me to potential future issues so I can plan to remedy them. In all, Chris was professional, courteous and informative. Chris set up a day and time and was punctual and courteous. He spent time in side and outside the home tracking GFI outlet runs. He found 2 problems and fixed them quickly. He went to get the right outside GFI outlet and came back later in the day to install. He fixed the problem and I was very happy. His price was fair and I would definitely call him again for any electrical issues. I would also recommend anyone looking for a electrician to give him a call.

I called Chris Ray for an estimate and received it the same day. We agreed on the price and he scheduled the work immediately for 2 days later. I signed a detailed estimate the following day and he did the work on the next day. I received before and after pictures. It was expertly completed in one day. The business owner was courteous, energetic and precise in all areas from his estimate to the work on the house. A pleasure to do business with. I was having the work done from out of town. I sent him a check in full payment after the work was completed. Job well done.
