Responded quickly. Repairman showed up when he was supposed to. The repairman left some fairly big pieces of metal in the attic, a little sloppy about his clean up. Satisfied that the job seems to have fixed the problem.

They were outstanding.

The lady who took my call (Patricia) was very friendly and accommodating to my needs as far as date and time of visit. It is very important to me that the office staff is friendly and professional, because they often are a representation of the company as a whole-good companies hire good workers that treat their customers well. So I made the appointment, and I was called before the visit as promised. The two technicians were also very professional and knowledgeable. They found a leak in the duct work in my attic that they fixed and did a very thorough job outside cleaning and maintaining my unit. I am very satisfied.

I have used this company for years and the people are very nice and courteous. They also send someone out 2 times every year to tune up my heating and air conditioner. When they do work, they always clean up their workspace very well, not leaving anything behind.
