+ -1 moreAgent did nothing to market rental property, Fell down on communication with tenant and lost a sale of unit to the tenant. The tenant has purchased another property in the neighborhood due to agent's lack of timeliness with communication.
Description of Work: Listing of property on a multiple list site. After tenant was secured by a real estate agent at a competing company the agent collected commissions and sent checks, sometimes three weeks late. Did not approach the tenant about late payments until instructed. Communicating with tenant lacked any proactive behavoir.
