There has been a discrepency over the price for the kitchen cabinets. The price for the bathroom cabinets has not changed from $1,573.00. They originally quoted $4,500.67, next they gave me the price of $5,205.06 and finally they sent an invoice for $5,835.00. The first change I understand as I added a spice rack to one of the cabinets but I have no idea why it increased a third time. I have written several emails about this and spoken with the store manager but they say I need to speak with Jason who sold me my cabinets. This has been a problem because no one calls or emails me back, and it has been a complete run around. They have knowingly missed meetings and have not contacted me before or after missing said meetings. One of the doors on the kitchen cabinets was damaged and they are now holding the new door until I pay them the remaining balance. There is just a complete lack of communication.

On the recommendations of two contractors, I visited Campbell Cabinets on Saturday morning, August 17th, bringing drawings and dimensions for my kitchen renovation. A gentlemen named "BJ" took my information, showed me a few options in the showroom, then explained that he is not a salesman and could not provide any cost estimates. BJ assigned me to Kenny Schulz, a salesman who was not unavailable at that time. I looked around some more, selected some hardware. Another young salesman in the area helped me, answered some questions, and added notes regarding our conversation on the info sheet. Before leaving the showroom I met with Mr. Schulz, who reviewed the info sheet and said he would have an estimate by Tuesday the 20th. Before eight o'clock in the morning on Monday the 19th Mr. Schulz called my home to verify my email address. He would not provide any numbers over the phone, but told my husband that he would be emailing the estimate "in a few minutes". My husband also gave him my cell phone number to call with any questions or concerns. We are still waiting for the estimate. Since Monday I have emailed Mr. Schulz twice requesting the estimate. This is Friday afternoon. We have not heard from Mr. Schulz or Campbell Cabinet Co. since that early Monday call. The showroom is beautiful and their selections are impressive. BJ and the young salesman were both quite helpful. I was really looking forward to seeing what Campbell Cabinets could do for us. Well, we will never know. Thanks for nothing, Mr. Schulz.
