Description of Work: I purchased the $79 Big deal for a sprinkler system check-up. Jason and crew arrived for the appointment on time and were very amicable. They not only did a system check-up and adjusted some sprinkler heads, but also spent time digging to locate a line that had been severed by our local utility company when making repairs to the water line. They could have stopped searching for the line and charged to install a new one, but instead chose to "dig a bit deeper", found the severed line and saved me many $$. They carefully removed the sod and placed it back after the repair. They replaced some of the older sprinkler heads with slimmer models and also promised to come back and install a part that needed to be purchased, which they did. The additional cost was $99 and well worth the price. This was the third company I have engaged to repair my system, and the only one I will engage again.

Description of Work: They threw their hands in the air, said there were spices in the lines, would have to come back and couldn't give me any idea how much it would cost - as high as $1200. There were three of them. It was an ugly joke.
