 + -1 moreThe guy seemed to know what he was going to charge me before he surveyed the job. On the day of the work, the crew arrived and did the work, but the guy who did the quote didn't come. They left the work undone. They're coming back to finish the job.

Description of Work: I have used Bayou tree service for more than fifteen years, and they are beyond a doubt the best service I have used. Incredibly professional, do the job exactly as promised WHEN promised, and when they leave you never knew they were there. But, you do pay for this high level of service. Bayou's prices are usually more than double other services. I recently used another service for that reason, and I kicking myself for not paying for the best.

 + -1 moreIt took 3-4 hours to finish up the job. They did very well with their clean up process and cleaned everything. The price was good. They quoted me one price and when it didn't take as long, they gave me a refund. They were excellent with their quality.

The price quoted was on the high end of other quotes and the expertise was lacking, so we chose another company.

Description of Work: I did not end up using Bayou Tree Service due to my immediate need for service (they would have been available the next week). However, Randy was VERY nice and helpful over the phone and helped guide me with the type of service I needed due to the problem that I described. He took his time and answered a lot of questions for me, even though he knew that I would not be able to use his service due to my time constraints. If he treats non-clients this well, I feel that he would do a great job for actual clients!

 + -1 moreThey couldn't get the bucket to where the hedge was and so they had to use ladders. They were very good but they were a little expensive. They did excellent work. I might not use them again because of their price. I might use someone else the next time.

 + -1 moreWhen he came out, they did a lot less than what I wanted done. They rushed and said they had another appointment. They did not do the work I had specified. It ended up, we didn't paid them the whole bill. I would never use them again.

 + -1 more.They cleared out a section of an easton which the city is suppose to be doing. I paid out of my own expense for it to be done because it was a long section of property that was three feet wide and 120 feet long. Then they also trimmed and topped off all of my palm trees. They were very high priced and I don't believe I will call them in the future because of it.
