Arc Roofing LLC, a New Orleans roofing company, recently completed the replacement of the 115 year old asbestos roof on our home in Abita Springs. Our roof has 14 roof planes, 14 ridges that are capped with terracotta tiles and 4 valleys where roof planes intersect, so we anticipated that it would take time to complete the job. It turns out that if you use a 9 person crew, 7 on the roof and 2 on the ground, it only takes 2 long days of hard, skillful work to remove and bag all the asbestos, install plywood over the existing roof slats, install new roofing shingles, reinstall the terracotta tiles and hall all the trash away! Arc Roofing was the third roofer that we asked to bid for the job. One of the roofers, who had excellent credentials, was unable to submit a bid on a timely basis, while Arc Roofing’s bid was more than 10% lower than the other bidder. Since the new roof has been installed, no rain has made it into our attic, despite a couple of recent downpours. We are also happy that we have a 5 year workmanship warranty on the installation and a lifetime warranty on the roofing shingles. We are completely satisfied with every aspect of the work performed by the work crew managed by Ryan Moran and would highly recommend them for any roofing repair or construction. We love our beautiful new roof – and so do our neighbors!

We got 3 bids on replacing our roof which was nearly 20 years old. ARC Roofing was the lowest and offered superior materials and labor in the bid. Ryan took the time to explain the goals, materials, and techniques, because I wanted to make sure that it was being done right start to finish, top to bottom. I helped do a roof once in college so I appreciated the skill of this crew and how efficient they were. They also kept in mind that there are important cosmetic elements and all the neighbors are complimentary. Ryan's price adjustments to the estimate were minimal and fair. Nobody likes to have to pay for a new roof but ARC Roofing is simply the best I can imagine. Highly recommend.

Arc Roofing hands down gets an A+!!. Ryan and his work crew were extremely professional, on time, pleasant and very easy to work with. Ryan handled all paperwork with the insurance company and everything went very smooth. Also, the clean-up was excellent. They left not one trace of old roofing or trash on the grounds. It went great, Ryan has always been great at returning phone calls, and he made it good when the men came and re-did around the skylight at NO charge. They stand by their work! And YES I would use them again and definitely recommend Arc Roofing.

After a really bad rain storm, noticed a leak around a skylight, and it just happen to be about the time the warranty was up. Ryan, came out and they took care of the problem for NO CHARGE, because he said they stand behind their work. Pretty rare these day's, so YES I would recommend them and use them again in a heartbeat. Took a while for the work to start due to excessive rains, but the job itself was done in one day. One of my gutters was damaged during the work, but Arc had the gutter replaced at no cost to me.

Fine. The crew worked 12 hour days.

Punctuality it took awhile. I would use them in the future if needed.

They never followed up. I've been calling them for over four weeks on different days of the week and I got the same response. No one has ever come out.

Arc did an excellent job replacing our shingle roof. Everything went according to plan from start to end. We would be happy to do work with Arc again.

They were very efficient and professional. The owner, Ryan was on the jobsite throughout the job and was extremely easy to work with. The work they did was well worth the money paid. In this day and age, it is most refreshing to find a company that stands by their work and provides a quality product and service instead of just trying to make a buck.

Everything went like clockwork, as promised, and all (pre-ARC) roof problems were solved!

First of all, the owner is just wonderful. He has worked with me for over 2 years doing repairs on a faulty roof that was put on my home after Katrina. They were just so amazing. This was one of my best experiences ever with dealing repairs on my home. The crew was absolutely wonderful and they did everything in a timely manner. The owner went above and beyond.

Irresponsible. I liked the price so I called him many times and he never answered, and he finally answered and I told him I really need to get the job done, and I was going to hire him. He said ok I will call you. But he never called me. If somebody giving you a job, you could say well, when do you want the job to be done. The only thing I liked was the price. He was here on time to give me the estimate. Was not interested in the job.

Everything went very smoothly. The work was done in a day and a half. Very professional.

Ryan could not have been more helpful. I asked him to repair my roof that had some rotten wood around a hot water heater vent pipe. He told me that the pipes were not in code, they were too short. He recommended I call a plumber to fix that at the same time. I called 2 plumbers who did not want to do the work for whatever reason. Ryan took it upon himself to call 4 more plumbers who also refused the service, job too small. Ryan would not leave me hanging and offered to replace the pipes himself and fixed the roof. He was on time and did an amazing job. I would recommend Ryan anytime.

What a storm that was in late May 2015! Didn't last all that long but it sure did a number on us all. In the aftermath I was unpleasantly surprised by a drip-drip sound coming from an upstairs bedroom. After reviewing several contractors on this site I contacted ARC Roofing to take advantage of the $99 inspection and repair deal. After considering repair versus replacement we decided to go for replacement and we are glad we did. Not only did we avoid putting off the inevitable and saving the costs of repair on top of replacement, we enjoyed a much cooler upstairs and lower electricity bills with the installation of the 60 mil TPO membrane which is guaranteed for life. The $99 dollars paid was credited towards replacement. The ARC crew worked fast and efficiently and cleaned the site when they finished. ARC worked with us on payment terms which was an enormous help since the cost of the work just barely exceeded our homeowner's deductible. Early June was extremely rainy but although the work was delayed by this (absolutely no fault of ARC) the fact is we had our roof replaced before anyone else on our street did and several of our neighbors were still waiting for their contractors to start weeks after ours was a done deal. I am very satisfied with the work done and intend to contract with ARC for replacement of the lower section (I have a camel-back house) as soon as the final installment is made on the work done in June. Word to the wise: If a home inspector or any knowledgeable sort tells you your roof is in "fair/serviceable" condition "maybe 5-7 years" before needing replacement, trust me - don't wait! All is it takes is one nasty little hour long storm to turn that 5-7 years into a very urgent "NOW". And when that day comes good contractors will be in high demand and you may find yourself waiting. Take advantage of financing offers and avoid interior damage repair costs caused by unexpected leaks and get that roof sorted out while the weather is good! ARC Roofing is a trustworthy A+ outfit and you would do well to consider them.

Ryan came out and checked the roof. He sent me a written proposal. He came exactly as he said he would and did the work in a professional manner. I am extremely satisfied.

The whole process went great. After the initial, minor repair was completed we were told to hold off on payment until we were sure that the repair completely fixed the problem. After the first hard rain we learned that the cause of the leak was due to bad flashing in another area of the roof. Arc was quickly back out to our house and completely solved the problem.

He was on time, very polite very professional and accommodating. Explained exactly what I needed done and what the real problem was. He said if I had any further problems, to call him and he would come and re-enforce any other shingles that became loose.

They showed up on-time and explained issues with our roof and what repairs were needed. Very friendly and didn't push the services.

It did not cost more than the $99 Big Deal; that is all I spent with them. Hopefully, the patch is okay. It is a rental property in another city, but I have not heard any more from the tenant. So, I am assuming it is successful. They showed up within a day as I can recall. I probably would not use them again. They were okay. I cannot say anything negative, but I was not overwhelmed by what they did. If it was something minor and it was a deal, then maybe, I probably would consider them.

Repaired our other dormer about a year ago. After, having three other companies try to fix the problem, he was finally able to solve our issue. There was no question when the second one started leaking of who to call. Thought I'd left a review before and am ashamed that I didn't! Super nice guy and his employees are good and fast.
