I have a microwave with a warranty on it. The company I purchased it from told me they would send a company out to service it and they said it was not reparable. I paid out of pocket to get a second opinion to see if it was fixable. Appliance Repair Man said they could fix it. I called and texted Repair man to tell them my warranty wants to fix it. I told them I wanted to pay cash, and I asked if I could pay with my credit card and then cash to get the charge off of my card, they told me they did not take cash. I paid 80 to get it fixed and they said they would not deal with my warranty company. I explained to them they should have told me about their policies beforehand. I told them to call the warranty company and they will not do it. Now my warranty will not allow me to use another company for repairs because Appliance Repair Man told me they could fix it. I told them I would I would leave a bad review and they checked their system and claimed it was a new employee that I spoke with, which is not my fault. Now they will not answer my phone calls.
Description of Work: They were supposed to service my microwave.
